Aggie is the owner of Nailcon Nail and Beauty Bar which has been apart of Mandika for three years now. Overall she has worked in the beauty industry for 9 years and trained within Ireland aswell as outside the country.
She is constantly educating herself in new therapies and trends to suit clients needs to help grow her business. Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none which has her clients returning to her time and time again.
Alex joined forces and became apart of Nailcon and the Mandika team almost three years ago. Overall, she has been working with nails for six years and recently became fully qualified in lash extensions and Airbase make up. She is known for her creative nail art and charming personality and is proven to be a great asset to Nailcon and the Mandika Team.
Mary is the owner of Mandika and has been in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years. She specialises in wedding hair and upstlyes and is frequently on the road doing fashion shoots with the likes of Simply Be, designer Mary Grant and many more. Mary has worked on the set of Xpose, Ireland Am and Irish Wedding Diary magazine.
Mary is a very sought after stylist and when in the salon she enjoys creative cutting. She knows exactly what style will suit a person aswell as their personality. As well as a hairdresser Mary is always coming up with new business ventures and is planning to open a hairdressing academy next year, something she hopes will be a roaring success.
Laura has worked in Mandika since it open 11years ago and trained in Dublin with L’Oreal. Laura specialises in creative colour and cutting and her experience of working in Sydney has gained her huge knowledge aswell as a wider outlook on the hairdressing industry. Laura has worked on the set of Ireland Am for Simply Be and looks forward to more opportunities like this in the future.
Christina is one of our senior stylists and has been with the Mandika team since it opened 11years ago. She has trained with Alfaparf and Hairspray where she learnt to specialise in keratin bond extensions.
More recently she attended a course on the newly popular micro bead extensions and can easy identify which would suit a client.
Chloe has recently just completed her training and has come on leaps and bounds since she joined the Mandika team 6 years ago.
She is one of our few stylists who specialises in upstyles and is sought after for her fab updos suitable for any occasion. She has worked on the Wedding Lounge show and the RDS wedding show and gained a lot of experience from supporting Mary on wedding call outs. Chloe looks forward to specialising in wedding hair and taking on her own bridal clients.
Aisling has been hairdressing for over 7 years and trained on Grafton Street in Robert Chambers school of hairdressing. She specialises in colouring and colour correction and is known for her amazing ballyage and ombre techniques, a hair trend that has been huge this year.
She has a solid client base and her clients love her for her full bouncy body blowdries. Aisling is currently 6 months pregnant and will be sorely missed when she goes on maternity leave.
Lisa has been with Mandika for 7 years now and is a senior stylists. She trained in Dublin in Robert Chambers school of hairdressing. She specialises in working with blonde hair and is known for her amazing highlights. She has a good understanding of her clients needs and uses her skill to express it.
Kim joined the Mandika team 6 years ago. She is currently in her final year of training and regularly attends courses with Alfaparf and Wella aswell as attending her weekly cutting classes. Kim’s blow dry skills are second to none and she is beginning to build a solid weekly clientele.
She always supports Mary or Kathleen to call out weddings due to her fab techniques of GHD curls aswell her attention to detail.
Lisa is in her final year of training and has worked with Mandika for 6years now. In 2009 she won the Mandika Junior Stylist of the year award in which she created a Lady Gaga look in both colour and cut, competing against 9 other junior stylist.
Lisa looks forward to finishing her training and having a bright future with Mandika.
Shell has been with Mandika since she was in school 8 years ago. She has travelled back and forth between Spain and Australia and is now back in Ireland for the near future. She has recently finished her training and her travels have gained her a lot of experience of the industry.
She is known for her bubbly fun personality and for her amazing blowdries with clients coming to her on a weekly basis.
Kevin is a trainee stylist and has been with Mandika for two years now. He enjoys upstyles and regularly works with our Little Ladies Parties. Kevin is sure to have a bright future with Mandika.

Before having my make up done I was a little apprehensive about the Airbase Make Up as I don’t wear make up on a daily basis I thought that Airbase would feel heavy but it was quite the opposite , I didn’t feel at all like I even had make up on.
The Airbase Make Up gave great coverage from blemishes, it was truly beautiful. My bridesmaids and mother were also very happy with their make up which lasted all day and night.
I couldn’t believe the reaction from my quests and also the people at the hotel where I had my reception, they were blown away by how I looked which I have to credit Aggie and her beautiful make up to. Aggie was an absolute pleasure to work with so made me feel so very comfortable from the first day I meet her.

I have been getting my nails done with the girls for quite a few years now and I love my nails every time I leave the salon! I like to try out different trends and ideas and the girls at Nailcon deliver every time! I got semi permanent brows done 3 years ago in a different place but was not happy with the result as my brows faded to an orange colour and the shape didn’t suit my face , so fixing them was a bit of a challenge. Aggie did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. She knew the shape that would suit my face and she spent time with me drawing the brows to make sure I was 100% happy with them before performing the treatment. Since I got my brows done with Aggie I feel much more confident and got loads of compliments. People very often ask me where I got them done as they look nearly like my own. I would highly recommend Aggie at Nailcon to anyone who is thinking of getting semi permanent make up done.

I got my makeup done by Aggie for my wedding. There were 6 girls in my bridal party Aggie started our makeup at 9am and we were finished by 11.30. Leaving us plenty of time to get Ready and get to the church. The makeup was very High quality, I didnt need to touch it up once. Aggie is very professional and an expert at what she does. I would highly recommend Aggie to anyone that has a special occasion coming up or just wants to treat themselves. I will definitely be going back.
